Sand Sort Studio Support
A little order. A little calm.
How do I play?
Tap a glass to select its top sand, then tap another glass. Sand can pour into an empty glass or onto the same color, and only as much as fits. Fill each glass with a single color to finish. A cork and a soft chime mark a finished glass. Undo and restart are unlimited. You can request hints whenever you need help, and each attempt can use one spare glass.
What is included?
Campaign levels 1–50 and every daily puzzle are free. One optional, one-time Google Play purchase opens levels 51–500: 450 more levels in 18 more chapters, each with a keepsake jar to fill. Levels open as you progress; buying does not automatically solve levels or award earned backdrops. Daily puzzles, their recent archive and all help stay free. There are no ads, coins, lives or subscriptions, and no LightPath account or sign-in.
How do I buy the full studio?
Choose the one-time unlock on Home, the level map or Settings, or choose a paid level. Google Play shows your local price before you confirm. You can choose Not now and keep playing the free campaign and daily puzzles. The purchase is a permanent non-consumable for this Google Play account; it is not a subscription. If Google Play cannot load a supported offer, purchasing stays unavailable and free play continues.
My purchase is pending
Some payment methods need time to complete. A pending purchase does not open the paid levels yet. The game checks with Google Play when you return to it. Once Play confirms the purchase, the full studio opens. Do not buy again while it is pending. Check the transaction in Google Play if you need help with payment.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use the same Google Account that bought the unlock, connect to Google Play, and choose Restore purchase in Settings or on the unlock card. The game also checks ownership when it connects and returns to the foreground. A reinstall or clearing app data removes the local ownership cache; reconnect to Play to restore an eligible purchase. Your progress backup does not carry the unlock, and restoring the purchase does not recover a missing progress save. There is no cross-platform entitlement or progress sync between Android and Apple.
Refunds or access changes
Google Play handles refund requests. If Play reports that the unlock is no longer owned, paid campaign access closes. Your saved attempts, completed levels and jar bands are retained. Levels 1–50, daily puzzles, the recent archive and help remain available. If an eligible purchase does not restore, email us the app version, device and the steps you tried; never send payment-card details or passwords.
I am stuck
Try Hint or add a spare glass. When the solver proves a dead end, the game can offer to undo pours back to a playable position. Analysis may take time and does not guarantee every dead end is detected. Restart keeps the same starting layout, and Undo restart can recover the attempt while that action is offered. A hint or spare glass caps that attempt at two stars; undo and restart alone do not. Help never costs money or requires an ad. Stars can be hidden in Settings.
How does the sand shelf work?
Each distinct solved campaign level adds one band to its chapter jar. Open the Home jar or Journal to see finished jars beside the ones you are still filling. Replaying a level does not add a duplicate band, and daily puzzles do not fill campaign jars. The first two chapter jars belong to the free sample; the remaining 18 can be earned as you progress through the purchased campaign.
Where is my progress?
The game saves progress and settings on your phone. Continue returns to a playable saved attempt or the next available campaign level. Android backup can carry the save when you reinstall or move to a new phone, if backup is enabled in your device settings. Google controls this service; LightPath cannot see or recover your save. Purchase ownership is cached in a separate file excluded from backup and is restored through Google Play.
How do I delete my progress?
Clear the game's storage in Android Settings or uninstall it. Reinstalling may restore an Android backup. Your Google Account and device settings control backup and deletion of a phone backup. LightPath holds no copy of your progress. Clearing data or uninstalling does not delete Google's purchase record or request a refund.
How do daily puzzles work?
The puzzle follows the date set on your phone and is the same puzzle on every phone with that date. Open the daily calendar to revisit earlier days from this month and the two before. This is a rolling archive, not unlimited history. The game remembers unfinished attempts and credits a daily puzzle to its own date, even if you finish after midnight. Solved days earn a sun; missed days remain playable within the archive. Daily puzzles and the archive stay free.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The levels, art, music and sounds are bundled with the game. Gameplay and a purchased unlock already cached on your phone work offline. Buying, restoring and fresh ownership checks need a connection to Google Play. Google's billing software also handles technical billing information; the privacy policy explains it. Installing, updating and Android backup are separate services controlled by Google.
Sound, music or haptics are missing
Check Music, Sound and Haptics in Settings and your device volume. Music and sounds normally follow your phone's ringer; Play in silent mode lets you override that choice. Audio pauses while the app is in the background. Haptics are independent of the ringer and follow the game's Haptics switch and Android's touch-feedback setting. Some phones do not provide the same haptic effects.
Controls or colors are difficult to use
Settings includes color symbols, reduced motion and three pour speeds. Stars and the pour counter can be hidden. The glasses have screen-reader descriptions of their contents; hidden sand remains described as hidden. Tell us your device, Android version and accessibility settings if a control is hard to read or use.
On iPhone, iPad and Mac
The App Store edition has the same free levels, daily puzzles and help, and the same one-time unlock for levels 51–500, bought through the App Store. The App Store shows your local price before you confirm. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account. To restore it, sign in with the Apple Account that bought it and choose Restore purchase in Settings or on the unlock card. Apple handles refund requests; if Apple reports a refund, paid campaign access closes and your progress is kept. Each device keeps its own progress; iCloud Backup, computer backups or Time Machine can include the save. Purchases on Google Play and the App Store are separate. Read the iPhone, iPad and Mac privacy policy.
