Delete your Ratings Rumble account

Use this page to request deletion of your Ratings Rumble online account and the account-linked game data we control.

Send a deletion request

Email [email protected] with the subject Ratings Rumble Account Deletion. Include the account email address or username so we can verify and find the account. Do not include a password or payment-card details.

Mobile purchase records

The mobile game does not require an account. To request deletion of RevenueCat purchase-analytics records, email [email protected] with the subject Ratings Rumble Data Deletion and include the store transaction or order ID, purchase date, and platform. Do not include a password or payment-card details.

After verifying the request, we remove the purchase-analytics customer records we control without an additional waiting period. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies. Narrow records needed for fraud prevention, payment, security, or legal obligations may remain for the required period; we explain any applicable retention when responding. Deletion does not refund a purchase or remove store ownership. Using the app again may create new anonymous analytics records.

What happens next

We verify ownership, delete the online account and associated profile, ranking, chat, and cosmetic data we control, and reply when the request is complete. We may retain narrowly scoped records when required for fraud, payment, security, or legal obligations. Local game saves remain on your device; uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove them.
