Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LightPath Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our applications. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our apps and their contents, features, and functionality are owned by LightPath Apps LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Accounts

User Content

You retain copyright to any content you create within our apps. By using our apps, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content

Some of our apps use artificial intelligence to generate content, including but not limited to item valuations (WhatsWorth) and Bible study responses (WWJD). AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, legal, or theological advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

LightPath Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
