How does the AI Bible chat work?

WWJD uses streaming AI to respond to your questions in real time — answers unfold word-by-word as they're generated. Ask about any verse, passage, or theological question and you'll get a Scripture-centered response that cites specific Bible verses and provides historical context. Responses welcome all Christian traditions. AI features require an internet connection.

Is WWJD free? Are there message limits?

Yes — the full Bible, voice features, achievements, and 25 AI messages (refreshing every 3 hours) are all free. An optional subscription provides higher AI limits for power users. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account.

Which languages and Bible translations are supported?

The AI chat and interface are available in 15 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, and more. The app includes 18 Bible translations across multiple languages, with the World English Bible (WEB) included offline by default. Additional translations can be downloaded for free within the app.

How do the voice features work?

WWJD supports both directions: text-to-speech lets you listen to Bible passages and explanations while on the go, and speech-to-text lets you ask questions naturally with your voice for a hands-free experience. If voice input isn't working, check that WWJD has microphone access in your device's settings.

Can I use the app offline? Where are my bookmarks and notes?

Core Bible reading works offline — the World English Bible is included on-device by default. Your bookmarks, highlights, and notes are stored on your device first (a local-first design) and then synced to your account when you're online, so they stay available across your devices. AI-assisted features require an internet connection to process your questions.

How do I delete my account?

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data — notes, bookmarks, highlights, reading history, and chat conversations — on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent, cancels any active subscription associated with your account, and is completed within 30 days.

How do I report a problem or suggest a feature?

Use the "Share Feedback" button in the app, or the feedback form here on our website. We actively review every submission. For urgent issues or private inquiries, email us directly.
