Account Deletion Request
Request permanent deletion of your Carte account and all associated data
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your cloud-synced data will be permanently deleted.
When you delete your account, we will:
- Permanently delete your user profile and authentication data
- Delete all cloud-synced scan history, meal logs, and health profile data
- Delete all cached product scores associated with your account
- Cancel any active subscriptions associated with your account
Note: Items stored locally on your device will not be affected. You can continue using the app anonymously after account deletion. Anonymized cached product scores that benefit all users will be retained (these scores are not personally identifiable).
This process will begin immediately upon submission and will be completed within 30 days.
